Adam Gengler

Adam is a proven strategic leader and operator with experience in building and leading teams in high performing organizations. Prior to founding Gratias Capital, Adam led Small Business Growth at Facebook where he was responsible for scaling Facebook’s efforts to equip small businesses worldwide with the tools and knowledge they needed to be successful in the digital age. He began his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, leading Marines and flying missions around the world in the CH-46E helicopter and MV-22B Osprey. Adam earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy.

Adam founded Gratias Capital to bring a long term perspective to lower middle market private equity, enabling founders to protect their legacy as part of their succession plan by partnering with a proven operator.
